Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 
Melt freeze condition noted on all aspects in the area between 7,000' to 8,200'. Wet snow surface on south aspects becoming unsupprotable at 7,600. at 10:30am. Snow surface still frozen at 7,200' at 12:30pm. Pit dug to ground with intent to examine depth of free water percolation in the snowpack. Melt water to 160cm height at time of observation. Free water not yet full HS but evidence of past free water from early February in lower portions of the snowpack. PST 100/100 (end) down 38cm on current depth of free water percolation.
