No evidence of instability observed while on tour between 8,600' to 9,900' on N-NE-E aspects. Minimal evidence of wind affect on new snow. Difficult to find areas with slab formation. In the most wind affected areas, only very minor cracking next to skis while skinning was observed.

27 cm of new snow at 1:30pm. This is much more new snow that other portions of the forecast area. Snowing on the east side of the Carson range at 3:30pm and sunny of the west side of the Carson range at 3:35pm.
