Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Observed only minor cracking at best in wind loaded areas while on tour. Wind loaded areas in near treeline terrain and test slopes did not fail when skier tested. Snowpit data further supported a lack of fracture propagation propensity in this area.
