Old slide on N side of Castle Peak

We toured up to castle peak and looked into the N bowl. Visibility was very low, 50-70 feet, and wind drifts have substantially changed topography in the area. I've been to this exact location 30+ times and never seen it look like this before. We approached the edge from a slope we could see wasn't corniced. When we peered over we saw a large debris pile (3-4 feet) above some trees. While we couldn't see a crown underneath us the wind was moving lots of snow around and have easily filled things back in. My guess was that this slide happened over 24 hours ago. We poked at the slope with our poles and it was firm windblown snow.
