Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

There was more wind and less visibility than expected. Wind loading was expected therefore the slope was ski cut along a convexity. The slab released after most of the ski coat was complete. After documenting the crown, we slid to the debris and then followed a lower angle route down.

Reference of crown size and slide surface being old heat crusted layer.

Crown area. Approximately 30m wide

Slide ran about 50 m to the next concavity
