Facets under Jan 4th crust at Blue Lakes

I went looking for the distribution of facets under the Jan 4th rain crust, and basically found them everywhere I looked. Shaded slopes had the thicker and weaker layer, with a weak and faceting rain crust above them. Sunny slopes had a thinner and stronger layer of facets, with a stronger crust above them. On wind sheltered and shaded slopes there was also a thin facet layer above the Jan 4th rain crust. The only places I didn't find the facets below the Jan 4th crust were in areas so well traveled that the facets were compacted or never formed. Video taken at pindrop.
