- Wind Slab-Reported avalanches ( 5 human triggered, 4 natural)
- Deep Persistent Slab-Reported avalanches ( 4 human triggered, 4 natural)
- Melt freeze crusts formed on most aspects during a warm up early in the week, now covered by recent settled storm snow from the Feb 2-3 storm systems
- 3 to 4' of settled storm snow from our large storm event on Jan 27-29 make up the bulk of our snowpack
- Deep persistent weak layers remain near the base of our snowpack on NW-N-NE aspects at all elevations
- 2 small midweek storms up to 1' of snow along the northern Sierra Crest with 2 to 6'' in the southern Sierra Crest, and under 4'' in the Carson Range
- Strong to gale force SW winds for most of the week, switching to NE post storm late in the week
- High pressure building with warming temperatures starting on Thursday
