Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

Noticed this cornice fall at the top of Lacey Peak. Snow today was variable. Most places had a breakable crust with light, soft snow underneath. Areas that remained shaded held great snow. By 12:30 the snow surface started to become quite wet on exposed Lacey Peak.
