- Wind Slab - Reported avalanches (2 human triggered, 14 natural)
- Widespread wind effects at all elevations and in typically sheltered areas. Only the most sheltered and densely treed areas are spared.
- Wind slabs existed on open slopes at all elevations.
- Rain crust on all aspects up to ~8200 ft.
- Layering consists of various storm snow layers and wind slabs.
- Strong NE wind event on 1/1
- Gale force SW winds return by 1/3 and continue through 1/4. Winds reach lower elevations and typically sheltered areas. Midslope gusts hit 60 mph with ridgetop gusts reaching up to 140 mph.
- Small storm on 1/3-1/4 with rising snow levels and light rain up to at least 8200 ft on 1/4.
- W winds on 1/5. SW winds on 1/6-1/7
