Observation
Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

Wide spread whumpfing and snow settling on all shaded north aspects of Andesite Peak. East aspects had some activity but Northerly aspect where you would expect to find faceted snow from the previous cycle had widespread activity without any surface indications of cracking or collapsing snow.  Skinning across varying terrain produced audible whumpfs and noticeable settling under foot which sometimes propageted to adjoining areas and succesive whumpfs across large areas. Still no visible cracking and no surface activity to note.  We skied moderate slopes below 30 degrees and observed no avalance activity.

Hazards are still in place and easily reachable in the right locations. Careful travel and terrain decisions allowed us to tour safely around the ridge and ski some nice soft snow.
