Observation
Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

N/NE winds observed to be actively moving snow today, and in several places I found the recently buried surface hoar to still be intact and reactive. The following are where I took photos or video: 38.83435, -119.87738 (shovel tilt location), 38.83054, -119.92116 (video location), and 38.83072, -119.92387 (cracking between snowmobiles).

Pic 1: Horrible riding conditions near and above treeline due to recent and current winds

Pic 2: Active wind transport from NE winds (Jobs Sister)

Pic 3: A shovel tilt showing intact surface hoar. No slab above it at this location

Pic 4: My first ECT at the video location was more planar than the one in the video
