Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions: 

While touring Rubicon peak today we noticed high snowfall rates and significant wind transport of snow. This occurred far below the treeline in small open areas.  Wind slabs seem like they will form below treeline during this storm in potentially unusual spots.
