More detailed information about the snowpack: 

On NE face... 6" to 8" of windpacked fresh snow from recent storm. 27 degrees F. 3 feet + to dirt.  Solid pack to the bottom (crystal card wouldn't cut into face of pit very easily). Facets at the very bottom of pack right on the bushes and dirt.

 Got up early to see if cold snow remained from yesterdays cold storm. By 10am the snowpack had changed and become warmer  and stickier.
