Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Snowing steady about an inch an hour on top of yesterday's snow on top of refreezing round crystals that are varying levels of refrozen. Punchy pockets that could eat a pole and some 1 finger penetration with good supportable crust.  Skied south and North aspects. South was warm and kind of sticky at mid day.  Good corn consistency under the new snow and North had snow balls trailing off of most turns with lots of natural activity under rock castles and some steep transitions that ran into the flats fanning out as they moved.  No deeper slab activity or propogation from snow balls.  Good skiing on North aspects. Spring wintery snow.
