Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Good stability observed on NW-E aspects up to 9500'.  Good bonding between the recent storm snow layers with a right side up snowpack and no results with CT's or ECT's.  Above 9200' solar radiation was limited with cloud cover throughout the day and with the NW winds keeping temps cool.  Below 9000' solar aspects were sticky and temps were much warmer creating wet snow instabilities.

Photo#1:  Moderate NW winds in the morning scouring N aspects.

Photo#2:  Droped several cornices on test slopes with no failures on slopes below.

Photo#3and #4:  SE/E aspects on Incline Lake Peak, 8600-9200', point releases from warming temps.
