More detailed information about the snowpack: 

 Skier triggered cracks on low angle slope above Frog Lake. Crack propagated approximately 10 m across slope. A pit was dug in the area on a 40 deg slope. Pit showed easy failure in wind loaded slab ~ 15-30 cm deep.  Both slopes were NW aspects.
