More detailed information about the snowpack: 

The snowpack in this area has a stronger structure than the other locations I have recently observed around the forecast. That said, there is still a very weak near surface facet layer that will likely contribute to avalanche problems this week. Additionally, deeper facet layers that were dormant in the snowpit today, could reactivate under new snow load.
