Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Recent storm snow in this area has gained considerable strength.  All the avalanche activity I observed in this area on Sunday and activity reported was covered up by Sunday nights storm event.  I encountered very isolated whumpfing and collapsing on the ascent up to Tamarack Peak, north aspect between 9400-9600' just below a sub ridge.  This area had snow depths between 80-100cm with weak low density snow at the ground.  No other signs of instability were observed throughout the day touring and observing.  At my snow pit location just off of Prolitariate Bowl on the East Ridge there was large depth hoar on the ground that was showing easy results with the Deep Tap Test.

Photo:  3-6mm depth hoar on the ground slightly rounded off from previous rain events.
