Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Total snow height at pit location was 142cm.  Much more of a uniform right side up snowpack developing in this area.  No signs of weaknesses observed throughout snowpack with snowpack tests.  Signs of settlement occurring in this area with around 20-25cm or settled storm snow.  Previous wind scouring near and above treeline mostly limited to areas near the exposed peak and ridges.  Snow surface was getting heavier on all aspects other than north.

Dense pockets of fog above 8000' with mid and high level clouds.  Light snowfall in the morning to mid day hours with light mist occurring at 2pm.
