More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Shallow snowpack below 7600' with many obstacles present.  Above 8000' on north aspects there was 2' of supportable snow and that increased to over 3' of snow at 9000'.   There was evidence of rain up to and above 9000' throughout periods of the recent storm on 11/15-11/16.  The majority of the snowpack has been rained on and is increasing in strength as it slowly refreezes.
