More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Large (50 m^2) skier-triggered collapses and fractures on steep N facing wind slabs this morning.  About 25 cm of wind slab over a very hard crust over sugary faceted grains.  We choose not to ski larger slopes above with similar aspect/slope angles.  Surface snows on Deep Creek Pk and Tinker Knob included all flavor of supportable and unsupportable wind crusts, melt freeze crusts, and cold snows warming.  Coverage below 7300 feet sketchy to way sketchy.  HS up high as deep as 1.5 m.  Light winds, mostly clear skies.
