Natural Wind Slab Avalanche Behind Grouse Rock

Natural wind slab avalanche thought to have occurred in the mid to late morning hours on Monday during the storm.  At that time during the storm, strong SW winds were loading this slope with up to 16'' of storm snow reported at the Ward Creek Snotel site by early afternoon.  Starting zone at 8000-8100', N to NE aspect, in near treeline terrain.  Observed from a distance with no other information gathered.
