D4 deep slab in Ward canyon

On our tour this AM in ward canyon we came across one of the biggest avalanches we have ever seen. Pictures don't do any justice and could not capture the full size of the slide. This natural Deep slab from the March 20-22 rain event was approximately 2000 feet wide , and ran to the valley floor (1000 ft vertical). 2 very large debris piles formed in the canyon roughly 10-20ft deep. The avalanche propagated from the north aspect of cidercone all the way across to the SE aspect of little AK. Crown heights ranged from 4-10 feet. Many trees were either snapped in half or buried completely.
