New snow totals in Castle Valley below Andesite

Snow totals above the rain crust below Andesite Peak were 180cm. Digging a pit right below the raincrust revealed a rightside up snowpack--the top 90cm of the new storm snow was fist hardnness, next 60 cms was 4F hardness, and the last 30cm of new snow was 1F. Two or three storms cells came through during the day snowing S2/S3, and then during one of the breaks the sun came out for 20 minutes. After observation and conducting a compression test the new storm snow does not appear to be forming a slab.
