Little to no wind transport on Incline peak

1-2” of new snow existed at parking lot this morning around 10 am. Calm to light winds and very little to no wind transport observed throughout tour of incline lake zone. Average precipitation rate of S2 throughout morning. Small convex unsupported north aspect test slopes easily initiated small sluffs/loose dry slides from two to four inches deep.  Ski cut on a larger 40 degree east facing slope produced 4” Loose Dry/sluff running full length of track approximately 250-300 ft entraining more loose snow( less than d-1). Ridgetop winds and precipitation rates began increasing early afternoon and about 4” HN was observed at parking lot at the end of tour.
