Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

D3 avalanche with wet debris visible below Mt Rose resort boundary in Davis Creek Drainage. Unknown avalanche time or trigger, possibly occurred on 3/12 or 3/11. Previous ski tracks visible on slope to right of debris. Most of crown obscured by blowing snow and new snow accumulation overnight. Appears to have failed on 1mm facet layer below crust 30 cm below surface.
