Cornice release, North/West Slope

Mostly Cloudy with scattered snow storms through out the day. The sun started peaking out around 1:30pm, causing the snow surface to warm up substantially. While riding back out to the trucks we drove up on this incident that must have happened 10-15 minutes before arriving. Snowmobile aired the cornice and when he landed he triggered the slide. He buried his sled pretty good, but no humans where buried. My riding partners and I observed this slide from a distance while inquiring about helping the riders involved. We saw about 2-3 natural slides in castle north bowl all the way over to basin peak.
