Snowpack Analysis at Thunder Mountain

Dug pit and performed single column tap test at Thunder Mountain. The top rain crust failed at 12 taps. The crust at 23cm failed at 16 taps. The lower failure was planar, but the layer was not cohesive across the column. Snow below the failure was sugar. If we were gonna get more snow in the near future then these layers would likely become a concern.
