Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

Toured Tamarack today and wanted to see what the S and SE aspects looked like with the new snow. Dug at 9500', found about 40cm of new snow, that was fist to 4 finger. At 85cm down there was a knife hard, 1cm raincrust. Conducted a CT and ECT. Results were CT20 at the 40cm mark, and ECTN29 at the 40cm mark. No other failures during the tests down to 130cm.
