Limited wind effect at Deep Creek

Ski touring day at Deep Creek canyon today. Very cold temps at the start of our day gave way to nice below freezing conditions. Winds were calm for most of the day, occasionally picking up a bit but only noticeable at the ridge tops.

Snow surfaces were generally soft with wind effect only present in some more open areas. Exposed locations showed evidence of recent wind (photo 1 and 2) but just off the ridges the impact was minimal. 
We witnessed no signs of instability associated with wind slabs today. 

Deep tree wells are present in this area in many locations.
