Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

Hot - in the 50s.

Snow - not slushy, but was firm and softened in the sun. Pretty reasonable skiing, though of uneven texture based on sun exposure.

The ridge was quite exposed - wind scouring + sun melting made for tricky path finding. Best bet is to stay lower on the southern ridge (to the southeast of tamarack peak) or carefully navigate the steeper, northern face of the ridge.
