Observation
Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions:

About 1 ft of fresh snow on top of last week's crust. Observed evidence of 2 avalanches that occurred before today.  One in Pacific Valley and one in Highland Lakes area. Appeared naturally triggered from a cornice collapse at top of slope. Relatively small size and short runout. Test slopes were unreactive today but may not have been steep enough. Light to moderate winds blowing from SW today.
