Description of Snow, Weather, and Avalanche Conditions: 

I skied behind my house 300' up to the south facing edge of Coyote Moon Golf Course to see if I could get any results on MFcr from the high pressure system this past week before the most recent round of storms. Over a foot of new snow was seen on the entirety of the very short ski to the top from the neighborhood, with some prior wind loading from early in the storm in the few non-treed areas. The clouds broke and wind picked up while digging my pit, but the snow returned and wind died down as I left my pit location. An excellent dozen turns were made before exiting behind the Safeway shopping plaza.
