Hourglass wet slide at 1:45 PM 4/9 on skier left ridge at approx 9,500ft.

Observed slide from bottom of hourglass bowl - snowboarder dropped in from the top of ridge and after approx 1 or 2 turns the slide occurred. Snowboarder was able to safely exit into the trees. Photo highlight in red shows avy path which traveled full length of slope into the trees. Estimated length 150 yards and 20-30 yards wide. We had skied this slope just left of the slide path approx 1.5 hour earlier and the snow at that time was already quite heavy and thick from the sun. Conversely the skiers right ridge held perfect fluffy powder totally unaffected by the sun until 3:00pm when we took our last lap.
