This was the veiw of Anderson Peak from Negro Canyon this afternoon (02/26/2011). A very impressive new storm slide could be seen in the distance. Note that the flanks of the slide reach from wall to wall on the face. Also, note that the north-west slope (right of the obvious crown) apears in the photo to have also slid (?). Our vantage was too far away to give any usefull mesurments or estimates of size. Given the clean crown line, and slightly filled in bed surface, I would guess that this occurred yesterday evining as the storm was winding down.
