Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack:

Crack was observed which happened between travel to and from Benson Hut Sat/Sun on a rock point on the ridge line. Crack was about 1/2 inch in width on a NE convex wind loaded slope. We traveled as close to the rocks as possible to not load the slope but noticed the crack started from where our previous days passage next to a exposed rock on the ridgeline. Unsure of outcrop name but it is located approximately half way between Mt Lincoln and the Benson Hut on Anderson Peak. Closer to Mt Lincoln several cornices had callapsed or showed cracks. There is a rain/sun ice crust convering most of the areas, breakable by skis where the sun has lingered.
