More detailed information about the snowpack:

2-4 inches of wet snow existed above a supportable crust on NE-N aspects between 7400 ft and 8500 ft. Above 8500 ft the snow surface on these aspects still showed some signs of warming but did not have as much wet snow on it. On the more sun exposed E-SE-S-SW aspects 8-14 inches of wet snow existed above a barely supportable and rapidly melting crust that was the remains of last night's refreeze. Some small skier triggered roller balls occurred on steep test slopes on these aspects between 7400 ft and 9000 ft. Runnels up to 8 inches in depth existed on the most sun-exposed SE-S aspects.

Pit Profile: At 8000 ft on a SE aspect where the lat/long coordinates are.
