More detailed information about the snowpack: 

The snowpack in this area contained additional crust layers in the middle portion of the snowpack that have not been observed elsewhere in the forecast area. Above treeline areas on N-NE-E aspects were scoured down to the top rain crust. Open areas at treeline and below treeline still held the Feb 1 snowfall on the snow surface. Only a trace of new snow from last night and today existed in this area. No evidence of instability observed.
