Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

The propagation saw test failed at 90 cm.   We had rounds for the top 30 cm, then facets to 35 cm.  There was an ice layer from 35-40 cm, and depth hoar below this ice from 40-50 cm.  The weak layer that the column test and extended column test popped on was the facets at 30 cm.
