Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

 Skied between 6400 and 8000' on a northerly aspect this morning.  Snow on steeper slopes showed no apparent instabilities.  Surface hoar was noted but only concentrated near drainages.  Crystals observed were up to approximately 1 cm.
