More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Dug a quick pit with interest in 12/15 rain layer. We dug a quick pit, snow depth 135cm. New soft snow 84cm to 135cm, We found two ice layers 82-84cm and 80-82cm.seperated by 1-2cm of loose weak snow. The layer below was pencil to knife hardness all the way to the ground. 

We perfromend an ECT which scored ECTN15.
