On our appoarch to Round Top there was no signs of instabilities on any aspect or elevation. However, during our decent we did have some loss dry snow sluffing on slopes steeper 35degrees.

The pit profile showed well bonded and consolidated snow from top to bottom of the pit.

Clear skies in the morning with increasing cloud cover by noon. Snow showers began around 1:00.

Winds also increased by early afternoon and was transporting what snow was left on the surface and what was falling out if the sky.
