Snowpit Observations
More detailed information about the snowpack: 

Large settlement cones in protected east facing trees with roller balls and gloppy snow on solar (se-w) aspects. Quick pit dug at 9200 ft on north facing 35 degree slope revealed 20cm of unconsolodated cold snow on a "rite side up" deep snowpack.  Ct-24 q-2 18cm down / ect-x.
