- Loose wet - Reported avalanches - 1 human triggered
- The top 4 to 8 inches of the snowpack is transitional with recent storm snow that has yet to be affected by melt-freeze.
- Mid and lower snowpack is well established melt-freeze from previous exposure to melt cycles and a high elevation rain event.
- Storm event April 15-16 deposited 8 to 13 inches of new snow.
- Below average air temperatures for the remainder of the week with periods of sun, cloud cover, and light snow showers. Warming trend started April 20.
