- Firm surfaces and breakable crusts with soft weaker just below them exist on northerly aspects with spring-like melt-freeze conditions on sun-exposed aspects.
- Below the surface, a well-consolidated snowpack exists.
- Warm and sunny on Sat.
- A strong cold front on Sun with light snow and extreme NE winds. Kirkwood's Chair 6 sensor may have set a new CA state wind record with a gust of 209 mph.
- Strong NE winds on Mon-Tues with sunny skies and slight warming.
- Warm and sunny with less wind Wed-Fri
