- Loose Wet - Reported avalanches ( Several small D1 loose wet instabilities)
- Wind Slab - Reported avalanches ( 0 human triggered, 0 natural)
- Melt freeze crusts have developed on most E-SE-S-SW-W aspects below 9500'. Transitional snow, wind scoured surfaces, and some winter snow exist on NW-N-NE aspects
- Poor to non existent snow coverage exists on south aspects with adequate snow coverage on most other aspects
- Corn spring snow conditions are highly dependent on overnight refreeze and radiational cooling of the snow surface with a short window of good travel conditions
- Multiple NE wind events as dry cold fronts moved through the forecast region with wind gusts near 100mph along the Sierra Crest
- Temperatures warming throughout the week to well above average
- Mostly sunny and clear with periods of below freezing overnight temperatures and times with mountain inversions and warm overnight temperatures at higher elevations
