Echo Summit Area 		Cracking associated with settlement A ski kick on a steep slope produced a small failure directly below the ski, but no propagation. Carson Pass Area 		Snow transport in near treeline NW-N terrain. Very small (1-2'') wind slabs that were reactive in some wind loaded NW-N-NE aspects. ECTN on small wind loaded test slope. 3-4'' wind slab on top of less dense snow, mainly stellars, on top of a previous melt freeze crust. 2'' of wet surface snow existed by 12:15pm.
